Individual Therapy or counseling is a type of medical intervention that addresses mental health conditions. Most insurances accepted: BCBS, United Healthcare, Molina, and Medicaid. Specialized in evidenced based treatments: cognitive behavioral therapy and interpersonal behavioral therapy. Ideal clients are adults 18+ with common mood disorders and stress-related conditions. ESA Letters

Emotional Support Animal (ESA) letters are offered as a separate service to all SC residents for a standard fee. ESA laws primarily revolve around housing protections under the Fair Housing Act  (FHA), which mandates that landlords provide reasonable accomodations to those with disabilities including those in need of emotional support animals. Protections: no discrimination, no pet fees or restrictions, and access to common areas.
